The location of our Saint George, Utah hotel is convenient because it is located right off I-15, just across the freeway from the Dixie Center at Saint George, southern Utah’s top trade show and convention venue. Our location is also within blocks of a family fun center, a six-screen movie theater and access points to the Virgin River Trail, a haven for walkers and joggers that follows along the north side of the river. We are also close to the Rosenbruch Wildlife Museum, located right next to the Dixie Center. The museum displays over 300 species of wildlife from around the world in natural looking dioramas. To view the exhibits, visitors walk on a ¼-mile pathway that leads them through recreations of the plains of Africa, the mountains of Asia, and the forests of North America. The main attraction for most guests staying at our Saint George, Utah hotel is Zion National Park, located less than an hour away. Utah’s oldest and most visited national park, Zion is an incredible spectacle of forested plateaus, narrow canyons and gigantic rock monoliths that rise to heights 2,000 to 3,000 feet above the canyon floor. The park’s most visited section is Zion Canyon, which is home to many hiking trails, from the strenuous, 2.5-mile ascent to Angels Landing, a breathtaking viewpoint, to the ¼-mile jaunt to Weeping Rock, a lush, hanging garden where it “rains” year round. After a day on the trail, you will enjoy returning to the Holiday Inn for a refreshing dip in the pool or a mouthwatering meal at our onsite eatery, the Palms Restaurant.
